Daphne's 5th birthday is less than 3 weeks away.  She's very much into princess themed items these days (with her favorite character being Ariel, the Little Mermaid).  I guess that is better than last year's favorite, Sponge Bob Squarepants!  She now admits to "kinda loving Shea" because of his cute blonde hair.  That is a major improvement over "kinda hating him" because he cries so much.

Shea is still as tiny as ever, but he can climb into any chair and loves to climb up onto the couch by himself.  He also loves getting into our cabinets and making a mess.  Some of his new words are:  mote (TV remote control), moan (telephone), muck (milk), nanna (banana), pawberry (strawberry), bapple (apple), and doggie (every animal is a doggie to Shea).  He can quack, moo, and bark if you point to the various "doggies".

Shea had his 18 month check up last week.
Our little guy is finally on the graph!  He is 31 inches tall and weighs in at a whopping 21 lbs 9 oz.

Although Daphne still claims to hate him, she hugs and kisses Shea several times per day.  She's going to be a great big sister once they can play together...

Time flies! Where shall I begin? Since my last blog entry (a month ago), I celebrated a milestone birthday and the kids have grown up right before our eyes. Enjoy the photos and video below...
