Milestone: Daphne ate peanut butter and tree nuts without any allergic reaction! Although no history of nut allergy exists in mine or Jennie's known lineage, we followed the doctor's advice and patiently waited to expose Daphne to various nuts. She was a little apprehensive at first with peanut butter, but now she loves it! I wish I had taken a picture of her attacking the spoon with her little tongue (it was comical).

Over the weekend, Daphne insisted on taking one final dip in her pool before the cold weather comes our way. The swim classes Daphne attended this summer really conquered her fear of water being poured over her head. When water splashes Daphne's face, she giggles instead of the wailing, screaming, and crying behavior we used to witness.

Daphne has really grown quite fond of coloring. She takes various colors in each hand and makes a strong left to right sweeping motion (while paying no attention to the paper she is coloring on). Picasso Daphne autographs each print with her own signature style. I have several of these artistic masterpieces to place in my cubicle at work...

Here are some new photos of Daphne for your enjoyment (sorry, a few taken with my iPhone in poor lighting conditions are slightly blurry):

Until tomorrow,
Dave T.
