One year ago today, I began providing a daily diary of our IVF experiences for close friends and family. Jennie and I have accomplished more in one short year than we ever dreamt we could. I managed to overcome my fear of syringes (giving Jennie countless fertility shots), I conquered my vaso-vagal response (fainting) at the sight of gross stuff (blood, bodily fluids, etc), and I have mastered the art of changing a diaper! All in all, it has been a successful year!
Daphne is doing much better these days -- no fever in a week or so. We took nearly 100 photos this morning and posted them on SnapFish. Let me know if you would like to view them if I foolheartedly forgot to send you an invitation. Here are a few of my favorites:
